What we

actually do.

Marketing agencies love to list services. Twenty tiles, a dropdown menu, four sub-menus each. It looks impressive and tells you nothing.

Here’s the shorter version.

We do three things well. We build brands, from the name and the logo down to the packaging and the tone of voice. We build the places those brands live, mostly websites, sometimes campaigns, sometimes a piece of print that still matters. And we make sure the right people find them, through SEO, AI-search visibility, advertising, and social.

Everything below is one of those three things, or a combination of them. If you already know what you need, jump in. If you don’t, that’s fine too. Most of our best projects started with a client saying “I think I need a website, but I’m not sure that’s really the problem.” Half the time, it isn’t. Talking it through is free, and usually saves you money before we’ve done anything.

Get ready.

Before a website goes live, a brand needs to know what it’s saying. Who it’s for. Why anyone should care. Whether the photos on the homepage look like the actual product or like a stock library. Whether Google, and increasingly ChatGPT, can even find the thing.

Most of the projects that come to us skipped this step the first time around. That’s usually why they’re coming to us. Getting ready isn’t glamorous, but it’s the difference between a launch and a shrug.

Strategy. Creativity. Design. Supply chain. Distribution and sales channels. Marketing positioning. Customer journey. Branding. Storytelling.

Be visible.

Being good isn’t enough. Being findable is the other half.

We put brands in the places their customers already are. On the shelf. On Google. Inside the AI answer, when someone asks ChatGPT or Perplexity for a recommendation. In the feed. At the event where the buyer is standing with a coffee in one hand and a name badge in the other. Different channels, same job: making sure the people who would love your product actually get the chance to see it.

Print. Web. Social. Events. Storytelling and content. PR. Packaging. SEO and AI-search visibility (GEO). And whatever else the channel mix calls for.

Convert.

Visibility that doesn’t lead to a sale is a hobby.

This is the part of the funnel where the work gets specific. A landing page that says the right thing in the first three seconds. An ad account that isn’t quietly burning money. A checkout that doesn’t lose people between step two and step three. A promotion that lands on the right day, in the right inbox, with the right offer attached.

Small changes, real numbers.

Social ads on Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn. Web marketing, SEO, SEM and GEO. Google Ads. Landing pages. Special offers. White papers. Webshops. Apps. And more.

Grow.

Getting a customer is a project. Keeping one is a business.

Growth is what happens after the first sale, when the customer comes back, tells a friend, joins the community, opens the email, buys the second thing. That takes a longer view than most campaigns run on, and a bit more patience than most agencies have. We’re set up for the long view.

Ad and email campaigns. Community management. Product launches. Loyalty programs. And more.

Markets

& Industries

Every industry has its own rules, its own buyers, and its own bad habits.

A restaurant markets nothing like a manufacturer. A hotel doesn’t sell the way a healthcare brand does. A plant nursery has a customer who thinks completely differently from a software buyer, even when the tools they use to find you (Google, Instagram, an AI chatbot asking for a recommendation) look identical from the outside.

We’ve spent enough time in enough sectors to know where those differences actually live. Not the surface stuff, the underneath stuff. What a hotel guest is really deciding when they compare three websites at midnight. Why a B2B engineering buyer ignores glossy campaigns but reads a boring PDF cover to cover. What makes a packaged food product get picked up in a supermarket aisle in the two seconds it has to earn attention.

That’s where the strategy starts. Not with a template we drop on top of your business, but with a conversation about what actually moves your customer.

Our services

in four honest categories.

Most agency service pages are a wall of tiles that add up to “we do everything.” Ours isn’t.

We do four things, in a specific order. Strategy figures out what to say. Creativity figures out how to say it. Production makes the thing. Service and support keeps it alive after launch.

Every project we take on is some combination of those four. Some clients want the full sequence. Others want one piece. Both work. Here’s what sits inside each.

Strategy

Before anything gets designed, printed, coded, or posted, strategy answers the questions that decide whether the rest of the work pays off. Who is this for. Why should they care. What is the competitor missing. Where does the money actually come from.
Skip this step and you get a nice-looking waste of budget. Do it well and everything downstream gets easier.
.
Product and pricing

Sales and channel effectiveness. Product life cycle analysis across process, sales, production, shipping, distribution and retail. Channel optimisation. Business and retail development.

Supply chain
Matching offer and demand. Technical adaptation.

Brand strategy
Storytelling and branding. Concept development. Creative strategy and design. Copywriting and translation. Integrated communications. Digital. Packaging.

Marketing strategy
Market analysis. Customer experience. Customer journey. Customer loyalty. Brand positioning. Search engine marketing. Innovation. Growth. Waste optimisation. Change. Marketing plan.

Creativity

Strategy tells you what to say. Creativity is why anyone bothers listening.

This is where the brand gets a face, a voice, and a personality distinct enough that a customer would recognise it in a lineup. If your brand could be swapped with a competitor’s and nobody would notice, the creativity step got skipped.

Creative direction. Branding and logo design. Design. Storytelling. Brochures. Sales supports. Digital presentations, including PowerPoint and Canva.

Production

The part where things actually get made.

We handle communication projects end to end, from concept through to the final deliverable. That includes the unglamorous middle stretch (sourcing, printing, coordinating suppliers, checking proofs) that most agencies quietly hand off. We don’t. Same team, start to finish.

Communication actions
Discount offers. Product launches. Loyalty programs.

Web
Website development. Landing pages. Email campaigns. Special offers. White papers. Webshops. Content creation. Web marketing and SEM.

SEO and AI visibility (GEO)
Your customers don’t just Google anymore. They ask ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude and other AI assistants for recommendations, and increasingly they trust the answer they get. We optimise your website for both worlds at once: classic search engines and generative AI. That means structured content, clear factual answers, and the technical signals AI engines rely on to decide who gets cited. So your business gets found and recommended wherever people are actually looking. Built into every website we deliver, not sold as a premium add-on.

Social media
Community management. Social ads on Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn. Google Ads. Content creation and publishing.

Print. Events. PR. Packaging. Apps. Video.

Brands we work with

Going international?

We already live there.

Most agencies say they can help you go global. What they actually mean is they’ll translate your website into three languages and hope for the best.

Ours is a different setup, because Symbio itself is international by construction. Our team is spread across Europe, with native speakers working in the markets they grew up in. Dutch. French. Belgian. German. Italian. American. Between us, we’ve run campaigns across Europe and into North America. Not as an occasional side project. As the default.

Which matters, because “international marketing” isn’t one thing. Selling a Dutch product into Italy is not the same problem as launching an American brand into Germany. The tone is different. The channels are different. The buying habits are different. The rules about what you’re even allowed to say in an ad are different.

We know these differences the way you only know them by having lived through the mistakes. So when you tell us you want to expand, the first conversation isn’t a pitch. It’s a diagnostic. Which market first, and why that one. What’s the realistic budget for a launch versus a test. What has to be genuinely localised (the product story, the pricing logic, the customer service) versus what can be adapted (the visuals, the site, the campaigns). And what nobody’s told you yet about the market you’re walking into.

If you already know where you’re going, we can move fast. If you’re still deciding, we can help you decide well. Either way, the answer is a real conversation with someone who’s actually done it, not a templated proposal with your logo pasted on top.

Tell us where you’re headed. We’ll tell you honestly what it takes to get there.

Let’s collaborate

Two ways to work with us

Every business comes to us at a different point. Some need one specific thing built well. Others want a marketing team they can rely on month after month.

We work both ways. Which one fits depends on what your business needs right now, not on what we’d prefer to sell.

Project-based

Fixed scope, fixed price, clear outcomes.

Best for businesses with a specific goal already in mind. A new website. A brand identity. A packaging design. A video. A digital advertising campaign.

We agree on the deliverables and the price before we start, so you always know what you’re paying for and what you’ll receive. Costs are based on outcomes, not hourly rates. Which keeps the process focused on the result and free of the awkward moment at the end of a project when the invoice explains itself.

Monthly subscription

Your marketing team, on retainer.

Best for businesses that want ongoing marketing support without the cost and complexity of hiring a full in-house team.

Our Monthly Marketing Support Service gives you continuous access to strategists, designers, developers and campaign specialists, all working on your brand as if they were part of it. Because after a few months, they basically are. The plan is flexible and scalable, so you can adjust the mix as your business evolves.

Not sure which one fits? Most clients aren’t, on first read. A short conversation usually settles it, and it’s the kind of call you can walk away from without owing anyone anything.
